Statistic publications can be obtained via electronic applications
The process of applying for statistical publications and getting copies of payment receipts has been digitalized. This interactive electronic service sells statistic journals, bulletins and other statistical publications on social, economic, environmental and demographic situation in our country, scientific and technical development, inter-industry relations, structural changes, efficiency of production and etc.
Now, citizens don’t need to come to the State Statistics Committee for acquiring statistical data. All they need is to access “
http://www.azstat.org/neshrler/ internet address and make an electronic payment for the required statistical publication.
After payment, the publication will be electronically sent to the citizen’s e-mail address. According to information provided by the ICTnews, the electronic application form, which is used for applying for statistical publications, contains the list of statistical publications. The applicant must choose the required publication; indicate their names, surnames, place of work, position and e-mail address.
The application form also has an option for downloading a scanned copy of payment receipt. The service automatically accepts an application, after it has been filled up, and a scanned copy of receipt has been attached to it.
The publication will be sent to the applicant’s e-mail address within one day after submitting the application. If the application form hasn’t been filled up correctly or doesn’t have an attached copy of payment receipt, and if the publication required by the applicant has been sold out, the application will be automatically rejected, and the applicant will be immediately notified about that.
The applicant will be informed about the sold out of paper-based publications, and they will be given an opportunity to obtain electronic versions of the required publications. The applicant will be provided an internet address for downloading an electronic version of the required publication.
