Azerbaijan posts almost 18% growth in communication services
In the first half of 2012 the communication facilities provided services to population, enterprises and organizations in Azerbaijan in the amount of AZN 643,500,000. According to the State Statistical Committee, it is a growth of 17.9% over the indicator of the six months of 2011.
72.3% of services was provided directly to the population.In 2011 communication services grew by 11.8% and reached AZN 1,245,000,000. 72.7% of services was provided to the population with the growth at the level of 15.4%.
