New equipment for Centralized Automated Radiomonitoring Network successfully tested


The new equipment for Azerbaijan’s Centralized Automated Radiomonitoring Network has passed successfully all tests at the US-based “ICI International” production company.

According to information revealed to “ICTnews” online news service, the testing of the equipment was conducted by local experts with direct participation of experts from “Sinam” company, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, State Administration of Radio Frequencies and “Test Solutions” company. During the testing Azerbaijani experts, once again, closely familiarized themselves with the work of the equipment.

The new equipment is expected to be brought to Azerbaijan and installed on the network within the next month. Under the terms of the project, all works connected with the expansion of the network must be completed by December 2013. Note that “Sinam” company has won a tender for delivering and installing equipment for the Centralized Automated Radiomonitoring Network that will cover Baku city and Apsheron peninsula.

As part of the project, 3 automated radiomonitoring stations have already been built and put into operation in Yeni Gunashli and Mehtdiabad settlements and Ganja city.
