NTRC prolongs license of two TV and radio organizations for 6 years

The next meeting of the National Television and Radio Council (NTRC) has been held yesterday.

NTRC told that the appeals on prolongation of a special agreement (license) of “AG” Telecom LLC for the broadcast of cable network and the activity “Faraon-1” LLC which provides satellite broadcast of foreign TV and radio channels by encoded equipments.

Guiding the demands of the article №22.3 of the law on “Television and radio broadcast”, NTRC passed a decision on prolongation of license period of “AG” Telecom LLC for broadcasting of cable network and the activity of “Faraon-1” LLC to carry satellite broadcasting of foreign TV and radio channels by encoded equipments for 6 years.
