I heartily congratulate you on the occasion of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and New Year.
 
 
The development of information and high technologies sphere is one of the priorities of state policy in our country. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev pays great attention and care to the development of information and communication technnologies in our country.
 
 
The targets in this direction include fundamental issues such as the formation of e-government, the establishment of information and knowledge-based competitive economy. This approach will play an important role in making our country  one of the leading states of the global information society.
