Panasonic introduces transparent TV at CES 2016
Panasonic exhibited a widescreen television with a transparent display at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) held from 6 to 9 January in Las Vegas.
The 65-inch TV features a LED panel. At first, only a translucent glass cover on a shelf can be seen. It can dynamically change the decoration in the room by displaying a wall of “framed” photos from the gallery. Although it’s unclear whether many people would actually use their TV as a permanent ornament.
According to Panasonic, these TVs can be widely used primarily for commercial purposes, such as in shopping centers,
