Amphibious drone demonstrated at ‘The UAE Drones for Good Award’ competition

Specialists of Oakland University (Michigan, USA) demonstrated an amphibious Loon Copter drone at “The UAE Drones for Good Award” competition held in the United Arab Emirates. Their invention was included in the list of the ten finalist projects from which the winner of the competition will be selected. The device can both fly in the air and move under water. According to Lenta.ru, in 2014, the Taiwanese company “QuadH2o” announced that it had developed a similar device called “HexH2o”.
