The State Committee for Property Affairs uses the E-government portal for considering appeals

The State Committee for Property Affairs (SCPA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan uses the “E-government” portal for considering citizens’ appeals. According to the Committee’s Activity Report for 2015, around 50 appeals concerning SCPA’s electronic services were considered during the reporting period with the use of the Feedback system of the E-government portal.  
 
Note that the Committee provides 31 electronic services to the population of the country. 27 of these electronic services are interactive services, and 4 – informative services. By using the Feedback system of the E-government portal, citizens can submit their appeals, requests, complaints and proposals regarding electronic services to the providers of electronic services.
 
        The system allows state structures to provide a prompt response to citizens’ appeals and help them to quickly solve any problems associated with the use of electronic services.
