Samsung begins mass production of 256GB UFS chips
Samsung starts mass production of the world’s first internal drives based UFS 2.0 capacity of 256 GB, which will be used in advanced mobile devices. The performance of the new technology is vastly superior SSD is used on a PC based on SATA.
