Aztelecom LLC conducts survey to determine quality of communications services provided to population
Aztelecom LLC of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (MCHT) is conducting a survey among the population in order to determine the quality of communications services rendered to the population, the problems in the existing communications infrastructure and customer satisfaction.
The survey covers four regions with different infrastructure and relief. At the initial stage, the survey will be conducted in Absheron, Khachmaz, Lankaran and Ganja cities.
Two categories of people will be involved in the survey - active users and
those who do not use communication services.
Acting General Director of Aztelecom LLC Suat Pashayev said: “Substantial reforms are underway in the sector to improve the quality of services provided to citizens by the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies. Nevertheless, there are problems and shortcomings. We know this and are trying to solve these problems by studying various sources. Aztelecom LLC also seeks to obtain information about the presence of problems directly from citizens themselves. Through this survey we will be able to clarify the problems that citizens face in the use of communication and internet services, and the reasons for what a certain category of citizens do not use telecommunications services. Problem solving is a continuous process, so we regularly study problems and carry out analysis, at the same time eliminate the shortcomings.
400 people are expected to participate in today’s survey, which is being conducted by Aztelecom LLC in 4 regions. Upon completion of the survey, results will be made public within the shortest possible time.
