Two more services have been integrated into the E-government portal
Two more electronic services of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan – "Acceptance of application and documents for concluding agreements and acts on protection of monuments with physical and legal persons" and "Acceptance of application and documents for registering permissions for carrying out archaeological excavations" – have been integrated into the E-government portal.
To use these e-services, physical and legal persons should access the website
www.e-gov.az using e-signature certificate and select the relevant electronic service from the list of the e-services of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Then, the user must download and fill out an e-form and send it together with the copies of the required document to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in electronic form.
Within 15 days after the confirmation of acceptance of the documents:
1) Agreements and acts on protection of monuments will be concluded with physical and legal persons
2) Permissions for carrying out archaeological excavations will be registered
15 services of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism have so far been integrated into the E-government portal.
Note that, according to the List of e-services, which was approved by Resolution №191 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 24, 2011, the number of e-services of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on the E-government portal will reach 17.
