New Director General appointed to Baku Telephone Communications Production Association

Rovshan Aliyev has been appointed Director General of Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA) by the order of Minister of Communications and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade.  
 
Note that on 5 February 2016, R. Aliyev was appointed Deputy Director General of BTCPA and held an interim appointment as Director General of BTCPA.
