It is safer to send mandatory state social insurance reports using e-signature
As is known, according to the rules for collection of mandatory state social insurance fees, each quarter, the insurer must present a mandatory state social insurance report to the relevant agency of the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, where he was registered.
Since the introduction of the single individual registration-based quarterly reporting alt system on 1 April 2017, insurers have been able to apply for the "Submission of mandatory state social insurance reports" service using e-signature and ASAN signature.
Still, TIN holders who don’t employ workforce, that is physical persons who have TIN, can obtain code/password from the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population for carrying out electronic document exchange.
To get a pin envelope with a special code/password, physical persons who have TIN should access
www.e-sspf.mlspp.gov.az and make an application in electronic form.
By using the code/password, physical persons can electronically submit their reports to the relevant agency via the E-government portal.
Insurance reports are processed in accordance with the Law on Electronic Signature and Electronic Document so that to eliminate undesirable situations.
Thus, according to the Law on Electronic Signature and Electronic Document of the Republic of Azerbaijan, only those electronic documents that bear electronic signature can be considered to be legally valid.
At the same time, the use of e-signature ensures the integrity of the document and the security of the process.
To use the "Submission of mandatory state social insurance reports" service, the insurer should access the E-government portal (www.e-gov.az) using e-signature and ASAN signature. Then, he should select the "Submission of mandatory state social insurance reports" e-service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population from the "All services" section. After that, the insurer should activate the "New report" alt section and send the quarterly report to a specified address.
