'OSCE, Azerbaijan should step up fight against cyber crimes'

'War against cyber crime is growing more important in the contemporary world'. The statement came from chief of the OSCE Baku office Koray Targay at the conference 'War on cybercrime: key task in comprehensive cyber security'.

He said internet has become a part of our life and due to development of information and communication technologies protection of this space from cyber crime is growing important.

"OSCE, EU, UN, NATO and other international organizations have made the war on cyber crime one of the priorities of their work. None of the countries including Azerbaijan is secured of it.

Therefore, OSCE and Azerbaijani government should step up efforts in this direction. Different projects and programs must be expanded", he said.
