Training on ‘Providing reports on compulsory state social insurance’ was held


A training session on the topic of "Providing reports on compulsory state social insurance" was held as part of a series of trainings that are jointly organized by the E-Government Education and Training Centre and the Data Processing Centre of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies with the aim of increasing citizen’s skills in using electronic services, promoting electronic services among the population of the country and developing e-government knowledge in general.
 
At the event, Acting Director of the E-Government Education and Training Centre Rauf Jabbarov spoke about the role of e-services in daily life.  He noted that in order to achieve the expected results, it is necessary to increase citizen’s skills in using electronic services.    
 
"To this end, the E-Government Education and Training Centre periodically holds trainings on e-government, e-signature and e-services.  The Centre informs citizens in advance about the forthcoming training in order to ensure the participation of interested persons in it," Rauf Jabbarov said.     
 
Then, employee of the Data Processing Centre Gunay Huseynova spoke about the electronic services that are provided to the population through the E-government portal and the advantages of using the portal.     
 
After that, employee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population Orhan Salahov demonstrated the practical application of the "Providing reports on compulsory state social insurance" e-service. The training participants received detailed information about all the stages of the practical application of the e-service, including data collection, authorization and acceptance of reports.  Orhan Salahov informed the trainees in detail about how to prepare, correct and cancel the report.  
 
Note that according to the "Rules for the provision of reports on compulsory state social insurance", insurers present a quarterly report on compulsory state social insurance to the relevant departments of the State Social Protection Fund.  From 1 April 2017, with the introduction of the personal accounting based single quarterly reporting subsystem, citizens have had to use e-signature for accessing the "Providing reports on compulsory state social insurance" e-service.   
 
Then, expert from the National Certification Services Center Ismail Niftaliyev told the training participants about the advantages of e-signature and how to access electronic services with the use of e-signature.   
 
Note that citizens can obtain e-signature certificate in the form of e-signature card or e-signature token within 3 days after applying for it to the National Certification Services Center of the Data Processing Centre or Shabaka Service Centre. They can also order e-signature certificate online on the website www.e-imza.az.     
 
The citizen doesn’t have to make any payments for using e-signature certificate. After making one payment for obtaining e-signature certificate, he can use it free of charge for 3 years.  Besides, e-signature is a full-fledged signing tool meeting FIPS 140-2 international security standard.  And most importantly, it is impossible to interfere with the operations carried out with the use of e-signature.
