Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) leaked once again with dual-camera setup

Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) was launched last month alongside with Galaxy J3 and Galaxy J5 (2017) last month. However, it seems that the brand is planning to add a dual-camera setup on the Chinese version of the Galaxy J7 (2017). Now, new images have been leaked online which further strengthens the dual rear cameras on the upcoming device.

The leaked photos were obtained by SlashLeaks, which reveals the front and back panel of the device. Starting with the back panel, one can clearly see a vertically-aligned dual-camera setup, which is in line with previous leaks. The smartphone looks to sport a metal unibody, with antenna lines running across top and bottom of the device. The front of the device shows Always-On display, which would be a welcome move.

The home button, which might also act as a fingerprint sensor is flanked between recent menu and back buttons at the base, while at the top, there is a front-facing camera along with an earpiece and LED flash. The left houses volume controls, while right features power on/off button. Interestingly, the smartphone is reported to be a first from Samsung’s camp to feature a dual-camera setup.

The standard version of the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) comes with a metal body and a bigger 5.5-inch full HD (1280x1920 pixel) Super AMOLED display. It is powered by a 1.6GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7870 processor with Mali T830 GPU, which is paired with 3GB RAM. The Galaxy J7 2017 comes with 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expandable up to 256GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and is backed by a 3,600 mAh battery.

On the camera front, Galaxy J7 2017 flaunts the same 13-megapixel rear and front camera. It has the same connectivity features as of Galaxy J5 (2017) smartphone.  It has connectivity features like dual sim slot, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. The Galaxy J7 2017 also features a fingerprint sensor embedded under the physical home button.
