First electronified station in Baku is based on NGN technology

Like in the villages surroundings the capital, the stations, which are being built by “Baku Telephone Communications” PA in the central parts of the city, are based on NGN technology, told the chief expert of the association Elman Gadirov.

“Reconstruction of ATS 493/498, which covers the city center, has been fully completed and the end users have been provided with access to this technology”, he said.

As a result of this work, the subscribers, who have connected to NGN technology, have got an opportunity to use high quality communication services as well as all multimedia services. Let’s note that this station will enter the history of communications as the first electronified station in Baku city.
