Perfumery firm welcomes new technology

A group of Azerbaijan perfumery stores is about to become automated with the help of Russian software developer, Ansoft.

The IDEAL group felt the new system was just right for its complex type of business which uses AVARDA.ERP in its retail network.

The main purpose of introducing AVARDA.ERP in the company is to bring stock and financial records under one roof and allow more transparency and manageability.

The project aims to reduce costs by fully automating the entire business which includes loyalty programs, discounts and gift cards, SMS-mailing and bonus schemes, management of assortment and pricing, operations on back and front office trading.
