Today, an interstate memorandum was signed with the use of electronic signature between the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus within the framework of Bakutel 2019 exhibition.
The memorandum reflects the mutual recognition of electronic signatures between business entities. From the Azerbaijani side, the document was signed by Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ramin Guluzade, and from the Belarusian side – Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus Konstantin Shulgan.
It should be noted that this electronic memorandum signed with electronic signature is the first not only in Azerbaijan and Belarus, but also in the CIS countries as a whole.
The electronic signing of documents was carried out using the AzDoc document management system developed by local experts of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.
Mutual recognition of electronic signatures between states will create conditions for the development of relations between citizens, business entities and government agencies at a new level. This will also lead to further increase in the rating of Azerbaijan in international reports.
