Attention! Enemy continues its provocations in cyberspace
The Electronic Security Service under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has registered phishing attacks on the e-mail addresses of users in Azerbaijan by Armenia. Thus, email users in Azerbaijan are sent email messages claiming that Azerbaijani hackers have allegedly seized documents related to the enemy, and in addition, a dangerous access link is indicated. When you log in, you are asked for your username and password of your email account.
It should be noted that the personal data of every email user who provides information in response to this fake and dangerous message passes into the hands of provokers through this link. The aim is to seize personal data of our users and continue provocative acts in a more dangerous way.
The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies once again asks citizens to be particularly vigilant at this time, not to trust any information, not to click on suspicious links, not to download any file or application.
If you mistakenly click on a phishing link, do not provide your personal data, immediately unplug your device from the mains, scan with antivirus and similar programs, change the passwords of your accounts, backup your data and report the incident to the Electronic Security Service under the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies through the website www.cert.az or via email reports@cert.az.
