An online meeting took place between Director General of Azerpost LLC under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Afgan Jalilov and Director General of the Turkish Post and Telegraph Organization (PTT) Hakan Gulten.
During the meeting, it was noted that, as part of measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, air traffic between a number of countries has been limited since March last year. Even during these difficult times, Azerpost and PTT did not cease cooperation. On the contrary, as a result of negotiations, postal traffic was carried out, and the work continues successfully today.
The sides also discussed issues of cooperation between the two agencies in the postal and financial spheres. The importance of the work done on the mutual exchange of international postal items with the content of goods and money transfer system was also emphasized.
Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed at the meeting of the heads of Azerpost LLC and PTT.
