WhatsApp in a month will “disconnect” a part of users
The functionality of WhatsApp accounts will be limited.
Users who opt out of the new rules will be disabled from reading and sending messages.
Some WhatsApp users who do not accept the new rules of the service within a month, until May 15, will be able to use the messenger only in a limited mode.
This is stated in a statement published on site application.
“So that you have enough time to review the changes at a convenient pace for you, we have extended their acceptance until May 15. If you still do not accept them, WhatsApp will not delete your account. However, the functionality of your WhatsApp account will be limited to acceptance changes “, – it is told in the message.
Users who opt out of the new policy will be disabled from reading and sending messages – they will only be able to receive calls and messages. Subscribers are asked to either accept the new terms of the program, or export chat history and delete the account.
