V International Forum on ‘Innovative Development through Intellectual Property Market’ to be held in Moscow


The 5th International Forum on “Innovative Development through Intellectual Property Market” will be held in Moscow on April 3, 2013 within the framework of the strategy of innovation development of CIS countries till 2020.

This information was revealed to “ICTnews” online news service by the Scientific Innovations Centre of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. According to the centre, the forum, which comes as the UN’s initiative, will be held within the “International Days for Intellectual Property” as the major event in the intellectual property sphere for CIS countries.

The program of the 5th forum will consist of plenary and 5-session meetings, during which debates on various topics will be held. The participation in the forum that will be conducted in Russian language is free of charge. The next international activity on intellectual property will be held in the capital of Ukraine, Kiev, on 21-23 February 2013.

The 20th international research-to-practice conference on “Current Issues in Intellectual Property” will be jointly organized by the State Service of Intellectual Property of Ukraine, the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property. The program of the conference will be posted on “www.sips.gov.ua”, “www.uipv.org”, and “www.iii.ua” websites in between January and February 2013. The activity will be conducted in Ukrainian, English and Russian languages.
