Regional Data Center awarded International Information Security Standard

AzInTelecom LLC under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been awarded the ISO 27001 International Information Security Standard Certificate based on the results of an independent audit by the Norwegian company DNV GL, which provides certification services in more than one hundred countries around the world.
 
With the ISO 27001 Certificate, AzInTelecom LLC, which already has the ISO 20000 Certificate, will improve information security and data exchange and will promote transparency in management.  
 
According to the standard's characteristics, the Data Center of AzInTelecom and its technical capabilities fully comply with the information security standards. This means that the data placed in AzInTelecom’s Data Center is provided with comprehensive security (physical and virtual security in 24/7 mode) and that the customer access to this information is automated and adapted to international standards.
 
At the same time, the international standards and principles apply to the management of business processes.
 
The Data Center, which has TIER III international certificates, offers "Infrastructure as a Service" (IaaS) solutions (virtual networking, virtual storage, virtual infrastructure, "backup" and etc.).
