Which e-services were used most often on the E-government portal in 2017?


More than 23 million appeals for electronic services were made by citizens via the Electronic Government Portal, which is operated by the Data Processing Centre (DPC) of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies (MTCHT), during 2017.      
 
During the stated period, citizens used most often the services of the following 10 state agencies:   
 
- The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population (9 341 135)
- The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies (8 327 251)
-  The State Examination Center (3 173 948)
-  The State Customs Committee (961 392)
-  Azersu OJSC (347 243)
- The State Committee on Property Issues (103 965)
-  The Ministry of Internal Affairs (96 568)
-  The Ministry of Justice (58 253)
- The State Housing Construction Agency under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (54 417)
-  The State Migration Service (52 053)
 
About 200 thousand new users have registered on the portal over the last year. So, a total of about 700 thousand users have registered on the portal since its launch.     
 
A number of social services, such as "Subsidized Housing System" and "Electronic Mortgage System" of the State Housing Construction Agency under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, were digitalized and integrated into the Electronic Government Portal.
 
Note that the portal also carries out information exchange between state agencies. Thus, 7 information exchanges are carried out with 5 state agencies for "Subsidized Housing System" and 16 information exchanges are carried out with 5 state agencies for "Electronic Mortgage System". 
 
41 new electronic services were integrated into the Electronic Government Portal in 2017. Thus, the number of e-services has now reached 442 on the portal.
 
In order to increase the availability and usability of electronic services for citizens, the Data Processing Centre and the Electronic Government Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies will continue holding awareness-raising activities, competitions and campaigns on a regular basis in 2017.
