Aztelecom – receiving calls over the Internet and high-quality broadcasting

Several new services that are provided by Aztelecom LLC of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies were demonstrated at the Bakutel-2018 exhibition.

The interactive television service operating on the IP protocol has a number of advantages, including the possibility to access the Internet from anywhere, new and simple interface, pausing and resumption of video-transmission, enhanced-quality and uninterrupted broadcasting.

SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is a universal standard for exchanging data on the network. The SIP-based telephony allows customers to receive and forward incoming and outgoing calls over the Internet and to use other flexible services.  Calls are made over the Internet with the use of special software.

The internet service which is provided to corporate and individual customers via the separate line offers such advantages as high speed, symmetric "upload" and "download", uninterrupted transmission in 24/7 mode, etc.  The service makes it possible to connect one or several network devices, or the user to a separate cable or a wireless channel.

Aztelecom successfully implemented the new LTE (Long-Term Evolution) technology in early 2018 to modernize the telecommunication infrastructure in the regions. The equipment installed in Khachmaz region makes it possible to provide 100 mbps internet to subscribers. And this allows customers to use, along with internet services, other IP services.

The virtual automatic exchange service, which is provided over the Internet, allows subscribers to use automatic exchanges and call centers in organizations. The service doesn’t require additional equipment. To use this service, the subscriber only needs to pay a subscription fee.       All calls made via the IP automatic exchange are registered and presented to the subscriber.
