"Today internet TV and radios are not regulated at all. There is no supervision over them."
He noted that as Azerbaijan was a member of the Council of Europe, the regulation of internet TVs would be subject to the decision of that structure.
"We are one of the member countries of the Council of Europe. We will regulate this issue in accordance with the regulation in other CE countries. If this issue is regulated in those countries, we will do the same, but if not, we won't either," he said.
The council chairman added that internet television was not professional, and its work was based on news, music and movies.
