According to the national legislation dated May 5, 2007, people aged between 14 and 29 are considered young in Azerbaijan. The database will be available for a limited number of organizations, including state bodies and major private companies, which hire and attract to their projects young people who comply with the companies' requirements and are enlisted in this database.
Nongovernmental and nonpolitical organizations will be able to reflect information on talented youth including education, language and working skills, in the database, which will be regularly updated.
However, data will be added to the database only after verification by a special group of experts, which will be set up under the Youth and Sport Ministry.
Single database on support for Azerbaijani youngsters to be launched in 2013
