In last year’s study, the dominating segment was that of smart houses, now the situation has changed. Despite the fact that the study provides data on four and a half hundred platforms from 40 countries, more than half of the platforms are developed by companies from the United States.
Besides, as the market is dynamically developing now, many players disappear as quickly as they appear: analysts counted 30 retired players last year.
