Huawei launches ICT development program for Azerbaijani students

The company Huawei, in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport Communications and High Technologies, launched the "Seeds for the Future" program to identify talented young people who show interest in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) and to enhance their ICT skills and knowledge.     
 
Under the 2-week program, the Jury of Experts chose the best 10 students in the field of ICT, who will be given an opportunity to visit the People's Republic of China.
 
While staying in Beijing, these students will be able to familiarize themselves with Chinese culture and to visit historical places there.       
 
Then, the students will visit Huawei’s head office in Shenzhen, where they will get information on the latest technological innovations.  
 
At the same time, the students will attend training courses on ICT.
 
Huawei’s goal is to further improve talented students’ ICT skills and knowledge in China and to implement ICT training programs in Azerbaijan jointly with  with local universities.
 
Recall that while visiting the Exhibition Center of the company Huawei in Beijing, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev noted that Huawei plays a pivotal role in the development of information and communication technologies in Azerbaijan.  
 
The government of Azerbaijan makes every effort to encourage young people to gain global experience and strengthen international relations.
