Schools in remote rural areas will connect to the single database via network without SIM

This year networks without Subscriber Identity Module will be introduced in educational institutions, which are located in remote areas and can not use SIM.
Information about pupils and teachers is reflected in education systems, which allows schools to automatize the whole system of data base in the system of management informatization (TIMS). TIMS based school data bases keep detailed information about teachers, pupils, structure of educational institutions, educational programs, plans and etc. It is worth noting that electron data base provides direct information flow between schools and Ministry of Education.
