This year ULTRA approved its Intel® Technology Provider Platinum 2012 status. The chiefs of IT departments of the banks and telecommunication sectors took part in the seminar as well as the government bodies. Director of business development in Intel corporation Aida Darmenova and general director of ULTRA company Zaur Mamedzade began to take part with welcome speech.
He told about Ultra company's activities scope and its solutions within the frames of "E-Government" project. The complex services of "E-Government" include the realized projects by ULTRA company as such as E- Document Workflow, E-Education, E-Insurance, E-Banking.
The project of "E-signature" which serves as an identifier of physical and legal entities is also located in the list of the company's achievements. The event was continued by Alexander Melnikov who is a system architect of Intel company on design and implementation of the technical platforms.
He explained the principles of management and provision of the important business data with the security and he also acquainted the participators of the seminar with line of the server products constructed based on the processors of Intel® Xeon® E7, Intel® Xeon® 5600 и Intel® Xeon® E3. During the seminar the important principles structure of modern infrastructure such as virtualization and consolidation of the work environment were highlighted.
The cloud computing was paid special attention which was the new stage of Data Centres' development and it was supposed to make changes the work of IT services in provision with IT services. The participators of the seminar acquainted with the possibilities of the used tools and the structural components, including the best practices for implementation of cloud technologies.
The second part of the seminar was dedicated to the solutions for client devices on base of the second generation of Intel® Core™ processors and to the new categories of ultrabook® mobile devices. General director of ULTRA company Zaur Mamedzade told the participators the imminent announcement about the future ultrabooks models of Nexus national computer brend which are planned for april month of this year.
Then the director of infrastructure department of ULTRA company Ruslan Romanenko took part with his presentation described the samples of projection and creation of the Data Centres in Azerbaijan using the modern technologies.
During the seminar Alexander Melnikov told about Intel® vPro™ and he shared the experience on implementation of this technologies in the corporate infrastructure with purpose of remote controlling the computer park and reducing the expenses on the administration. In time of the seminar-training the participators of the seminar gave many questions related to the submitted technologies. The most active persons were presented the memorial souvenirs by Intel and ULTRA companies.
Intel and Ultra develop bilateral cooperation
On March 1, 2012 Intel company with its regional partner in Azerbaijan, Ultra company held the first seminar on the new solutions of Intel for the main customers.
