Azerbaijan to apply online admission to schools, kindergartens next year
The Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan has established information database of all school pupils of the country. Deputy education minister Gulu Novruzov informs that currently work is under way to create database of those pupils.
"The Ministry has created the country’s richest web resource, which includes details of all secondary school pupils, including information base about them, their parents, change of a school, place of birth, etc. We plan creation of a similar database of academic staff, teachers, etc," he noted.
According to Novruzov, info database about domestic kindergartens and schools has also been prepared, and will be available soon at Ministry’s website on open access.
For next year the MoE also plans to provide an e-service, enabling online submission of documents to a school or kindergarten via the Internet.
