PiPO showed off both of its new keyboard PCs at the Global Sources trade show in Hong Kong, according to NotebookItalia.it. The first, the PiPO KB1, puts the hardware inside a more standard PC keyboard. There are two versions of the PiPO KB1, both of which have an Intel Atom processor, with the choice of 2GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of storage. The back of the case has a VGA port and an HDMI port for connecting it to a monitor or big-screen TV. It even comes with a 6000 mAh battery for when users want some more freedom to use the PC outside of a power outlet.
However, the more unique keyboard PC is the PiPO KB2. The tiny keyboard can be folded and put inside a purse or bag. It also has an Intel Atom processor, along with the choice or either 2GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of storage. There's no VGA port but there is an HDMI port for connecting it to a big-screen TV or supported monitor. In addition to WiFi and Bluetooth, it also has WiDi support for connecting the PC to a big screen without the need of a cable. It also comes with a 2500 mAh battery.
The bigger PiPO KB1 is already being sold in China, but the PiPO KB2 mini-keyboard PC is scheduled to go on sale in Japan. Pricing was not announced.
