Baku Telephone Communication Production Association is planning to change the process of connecting to ATE to electronic format. During the interview the chief specialist of the Association Elman Gadirov revealed that the citizens, who want to have a telephone at their homes, will choose the telephone exchange according to their address, fill out electronic form of Application and pay with electronic card. After that the service man will come and connect the phone to the ATE station. It should be noted that the whole process will be carried out under supervision of executive administration.
