In connection with the reforms being performed in the public service and amendments being made to the legislation the Ministry of Communications and IT of Azerbaijan Republic considered it to be necessary to make certain improvements to the rules of conduct of civil servants of the Ministry. Therefore, the Minister Mr. Ali Abbasov gave an order to make amendments to the rules of conduct of civil servants of the Ministry. It should be noted that the rules of conduct were initially developed in order to rise public confidence of employees of the Ministry as well as to rise efficiency of their work. The heads of divisions of the Ministry have been given relevant instructions on supervision of execution of the revised rules of conduct.
