Internet Governance Forum to be held in Baku in November

The Internet Governance Forum (IGF) is expected to be held in Baku in November 2012. This information was provided to ICTnews by the head of the Law and Personnel Department of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan Bakhtiyar Mammadov. ‘The forum will help to build the single platform, based on which the common rules of conduct in the Internet might be developed. 

Besides that, the forum, which will be attended by representatives of such big companies as ‘Google’  and ‘Microsoft’, will hold disscussions of issues connected with Internet Governance.  These disscussions will generate ideas and proposals connected with development of a mechanism, which will help to eliminate various problems in the Internet Governance.
