Budget preparation and analyzes to be converted in electronic format
In a number of regions the Ministry of Finance converted treasuries into electronic format. This information was provided to ‘İCTnews’ by head of the Department of Modern Technologies and Automated Control Systems of the Ministry of Finance, Ulfat Goyushov.
‘Though the introduction of this system has been carried out for 2 years, it has not covered all regions of the country yet. This system works in Baku, Ganja and Khachmaz cities. The Ministry of Finance also intends to convert the preparation and analyzing of the budget into the electronic system. At the same time, the ministry plans to convert its archive into electronic format too. Works are being implemented in this regard.
