‘Baku Telephone Communication’ PU increases access to broadband internet for Baku citizens
‘Baku Telephone Communication’ Production Union has begun implementing measures to increase access the broadband internet for the citizens of Baku city. This information was provided to ‘ICTnews’ by Deputy Director of ‘Baku Telephone Communication’ PU, Khankishi Kishiyev.
According to him, as a result of these activities the number of ADSL users reached 160,000 people. Let’s note that the low-tariff policy, conducted by ‘Baku Telephone Communication’, and expanding of introduction of NGN technology also contributed to the increase in the number of subscribers.
