‘Azerfon’ network to cover all stations of Baku Underground Railway
In 2012 all stations of the Baku Underground Railway will be covered by the ‘Azerfon’ network. This information was provided to ‘ICTnews’ by head of the Corporate Relations Department of ‘Azerfon’ company, Elshad Farzaliyev. According to him, the ‘Azerfone’ network is already being used for communication in many stations of the Baku Underground Railway.
Communication is provided with equipment that was installed outside of the underground railway. In 2012 the company will install new equipment inside the underground railway in order to provide all its stations with communication services of higher quality. ‘Azerfon’ LLC began its commercial activity on March 21, 2007, and now, the entire territory of Azerbaijan Republic is covered with its network.
