According to him, the increase was especially high in Salyan, Samukh, Zardab, Apsheron and Goranboy regions.
M.Mammadov said that this increase in the volume of telephone services was achieved as a result of measures taken towards raising the volume and the quality of communication services.
‘These activities include electrification of the village network, replacing connecting lines with optic cable, enlightenment of villagers and etc. Today, a growing demand for internet services can be met through widening the network and improving the quality of telephone services. As a result of the implemented activities the number of subscribers of telecommunication hubs in the regions has surpassed 662,000 people.
