SMS information service in car compulsory insurance
By using 9707 SMS service citizens may acquire all information about the contact for compulsory liability insurance of car owners. All they need is to send a SMS message with the state registration number of the car from their mobile phones to 9707 number. In case the car owner has a valid compulsory insurance certificate, he will be sent SMS message with a name of the insurance company that issued this certificate.
Telephone numbers of the insurance company will be also sent to the car owner so that he can get in touch with the insurance company after occurrence of the insured accident. In case the car’s compulsory insurance certificate is invalid, the owner will be inform about it through SMS. The car owner needs to send SMS with the number of the compulsory insurance certificate to 9707 number.
If the compulsory insurance certificate of the car is valid, the owner receivers SMS which contains the name of the company that issued the certificate and the period of validity of the certificate. If the compulsory insurance certificate is invalid, the owner of the car will be inform about it through AMS. The cost of one SMS is AZN 0,20. The price includes VAT.
