International Conference on Marketing and Application of Radar Solutions
Representatives of Azercosmos, Hikmat Hasanov, Head of the LEO Satellite Systems Development at Azercosmos and Elnur Rzazade, marketing specialist of the same department participated at the 2nd International Conference on Marketing and Application of Radar Solutions, held in Rome.
The conference, organized by e-GEOS, an Italian Space Agency and Telespazio company, was dedicated to the discussion of wide-ranging topics on application of space technologies such as ways and means of communication for providing end-users with radar solutions, application fields of these solutions, land monitoring and natural disaster management, emergency response, maritime surveillance and military reconnaissance.
The conference created an opportunity for the Azercosmos specialists not only for gaining insight into the current state of radar markets in the world, but also for discussing issues of expertise and experience exchange with the leading companies of the world about the development of market for remote sensing space technologies in Azerbaijan.
At the sidelines of the conference, Azercosmos specialists also participated at short training sessions on various application spheres of radar-based space solutions.
