Automated electronic services system established in State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan
The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has established a system of automated electronic services and integrated it into the 'Electronic Government' (ehdis.az) portal, the committee reported.
The committee has ensured the paying of fees in e-form in real time, as well as security of transactions and individual data as continued operations to execute the presidential decree as of May 23, 2011 on .'Some measures in the sphere of rendering electronic government services', the report said. At present, about 30 Azerbaijani public institutions have joined it. The work on the integration of electronic services of several state agencies is underway.
E-government is a key tool supporting the work with citizens and enterprises in the public and private sectors.
A list of electronic services approved by the Cabinet of Ministers has been placed on the website. State bodies are ready to service the population at this portal with more than 80 e-services. Some of them are provided through a 'single window' principle. In future, the number of services on the portal will exceed 300 units.
The portal is designed to reduce the number of citizens' documents due to the fact that different bodies will interact with each other in e-form. An e-digital signature is required to use the services.
