Azerbaijan simplifies procedure for obtaining information on documents
The "Call 118" (Call Center) company has launched a "documents" service in Azerbaijan, the company said. The service provides information on required documents for obtaining a foreign passport, identification card, birth certificate, military card, visas to foreign countries, driving license, as well as for purchase or sale real estate, etc.
The service is centralized and combines several functions.
The main difference is its global directory, which covers the whole country and is working round the clock throughout the week. Services are provided in three languages (Azerbaijani, Russian and English). Subscribers of fixed and mobile communications can obtain by a single number information (address and phone number) of the requested object, travel services (booking of hotel rooms, airplanes, etc.), take advantage of the reminder, call the tow truck, or make use of "Alternative vehicle", "Sober driver ", etc.
The cost of a call to the '118' number is a single and is 0.47 AZN per minute. Today, similar services on the same number are provided in many countries (Turkey, Israel, Greece, UK, etc).
