FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup to be provided with high quality broadcasting in Azerbaijan
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan has implemented a number of measures in order to insure the quality and continuity of broadcasting of the final round of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup which will be held in Azerbaijan.
As part of these measures, fiber – optic cables lines were laid to "T.Bahramov", "Shafa", "8- Km", Bayil, "Dalga arena" and Lankaran stadiums in order to provide them with high quality telephone, fax, ISDN and broadband internet services.
At the same time, required radio frequencies were allocated to broadcast these sporting events. Besides that, the sporting events which will take place in Baku and Absheron peninsula, will be broadcasted in the high-precision digital television format via "Ictimai TV" channel.
