Telephone – information service will be created for tourist attractions in Azerbaijan
President of Azerbaijan Republic has signed an order approving “Action Plan on Declaring 2011 as Tourism Year". “Propaganda and Agitation” section of Activity Plan contains a list of works to be implemented within one year by the relevant ministries, including the Ministry of Communications and IT. These works will deal with advertizing of the country’s tourism potential in internet information medias of state libraries, information centers, museums and educational institutions. Besides, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, The Ministry of Communications and IT, The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Executive Powers were instructed to provide tourist attractions of the country with telephone information services.
