Ministry of Communications and IT to ensure smooth operation of telecommunication services
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies has instructed its structural units to ensure the smooth operation of telecommunications services, Internet, television, radio and postal services during holidays, the ministry reported.
On New Year's Eve and the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis, the ministry ordered the smooth provision of telephone lines for subscribers in arrears based on their requests. The telecommunications hubs of state operators will work in emergency mode during the holidays to ensure the smooth operation of communication networks.
All structural units of operators have been ordered to strengthen the security services and bring regional emergency teams to readiness to quickly resolve possible problems.
