ASAN Service center starts registration of e-signatures
ASAN Service center starts registration of e-signatures. The service is available for all citizens, regardless place of residence. The ASAN Service center No. 1 was created under the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the Azerbaijani President in January to ensure unified and coordinated provision of services by state bodies.
The Information Computer Center (ICC) of the Communications and Information Technologies Ministry reported that a certificate of an e-signature is produced right after the request enters the registration center. The e-signature's owner gets an e-mail notification about it. Owner can receive the e-signature directly in the ASAN Service center. According to ICC, currently, over 10,000 e-signatures have been registered in Azerbaijan.
Prices on e-signature range between 14 manats ($17.8) and 30 manats ($38) for the population, depending on the time period, 80 manats ($101.8) for state bodies and between 60 manats ($76) and 168 manats ($213.9) for enterprises.
Opening of more ASAN Service centers is planned in Baku. Moreover, ASAN Service centers will start working in Ganja and Sumgayit, Azerbaijan's second and third-largest cities, in June. The centers will gradually expand services to cover the whole country.
The ASAN Service center in Baku is located at Heydar Aliyev St. 36 and is open from 10:00 AM until 20:00 PM and until 17:00 PM on Sundays.
