First issue of scientific journal supported by Ministry of Communications and High Technologies published
The 1st issue of the 15th volume of the Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, which is published with the joint support of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and the Scientific Research Institute of Applied Mathematics of the Baku State University, has been published.
Note that this journal was the first to be included in the list of Thomson Reuters Agency and to receive an impact factor (quality factor) in the history of the Azerbaijani science.
This issue of the journal holds articles, which were written by known scientists from the US, Russia, Japan, Georgia, Turkey, Taiwan and other countries and are aimed at promoting scientific and research activities that are being conducted in this area in Azerbaijan.
The articles cover such topics as monotone operators’ method, parallel computations, optimal control theory, solutions of nonlinear differential equations with fractional derivative, etc.
